When booking tickets we request that you supply your telephone number. This will be used to notify you directly of any cancellations or issues with online payments.

www.ycdurham.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In addition to this, any data entered in the 'Get In Touch' form is also directed to our contact email address, firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have ticked the “Subscribe to mailing list” option, your data will be used as part of our mailing list email campaigns to notify you of our next production. This information is stored in a secure, private database, which is not transferred or sold to any third party. Clicking “unsubscribe” from the mailing list email will delete your details from the database within one month of the instruction.

When booking tickets online, your details will be held in our Wix.com database for up to one month after the performance. These contact details will allow us to notify you of any changes/cancellations to the performance. After the performance we will use your details to send you a one-off ’Thank You’ email, which will also contain links to our social media platforms and the option to subscribe to our mailing list.
